The host was very responsive and was able to fix the hot water issue within 6 hours. Accessible to downtown and AC window units were very efficient. Relatively quiet upstairs neighbors and street parking it what it is in greater Boston. If here for business downtown plan for 40-50minutes in and out during rush hour. Overall if you need to keep your options to 350/night or less then, yes I would recommend this place.
