Thank you for the lovely review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the cabin — and those bathrooms really are special 🙂 We appreciate your patience with the small issues and are happy our team could resolve them quickly. We’d love to host you again for another great stay!
Yes. Only thing we missed was the bathroom downstairs. That was out of order. It would be nice to get it working again. Couples upstairs either had to climb the stairs each time or go into someones room downstairs.
We had one bed that the sheets were dirty. It has a bug under the sheets. We wash the sheets and saw no more bugs. I'm thinking the ladies saw a spider. Not sure, It was the back room upstairs to your right. Other than that the ladies and I had a fabulous time. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us.The Lighthouse Sisterhood

This cabin had everything we needed. We loved all the space. The back patio was awsome. We saw a lot of bats.

Thank you for sharing your experience! 🌟 We’re so glad the cabin had everything you needed and that you enjoyed the spacious layout and awesome back patio. The local wildlife always adds a bit of extra charm—sounds like you got quite the bat show! 🦇 We’d love to host you again anytime.
We had a great time and enjoyed our time at the cabin. It was clean and well stocked. The layout was great for multiple couples. Having 2 hot tubs was a nice option as well. The pool table pockets are worn so balls would fall out when you’re playing pool. The towels could be a little better quality. One of the washing machines was moldy.

The good...we had fun on our annual Broken Bow trip. This is our 5th trip with the same group of friends and it's always a good time. The bad....woof! Broken boards on the front deck (lawsuit waiting to happen), a firepit absolutely INFESTED with fire ants (we completely stopped using it after the 1st night), and internet/wifi that didn't work on any TV except for the main TV which consistently went out. There's no cell reception so without wifi, you're cutoff (which isn't always a bad thing). I also don't understand if it's the owner of the cabin or the management company that feels the need to use waterproof mattress protectors that are basically a tarp, but they trap in ALL of the heat and made sleeping completely miserable! This cabin was nearly twice what we have spent in past years and sadly, the most disappointing. In the end, we still made memories and the staff of Bravo Cabins was friendly, but this cabin would not be one I would visit again or recommend.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. While we’re glad to hear you enjoyed time with your group on your annual Broken Bow trip, we are truly sorry that several issues impacted your stay — this is never the experience we want any guest to have.
Regarding the front deck, we take safety extremely seriously. Our maintenance team has since repaired the affected boards.
For the fire pit area, outdoor conditions in Broken Bow can change quickly, especially with fire ants.
We understand how frustrating the WiFi issues must have been. The rural location of the cabin, unfortunately, limits service stability at times, but we did have the provider out after your stay.
As for the mattress protectors, those are required for sanitation and guest safety, but we do recognize that some types can trap heat.
We appreciate you acknowledging our team’s friendliness — we always aim to deliver responsive and supportive service. While we regret that this cabin didn’t meet your expectations compared to past visits, we truly appreciate the feedback and have taken steps to ensure these areas are improved.
Thank you again for your honesty. We hope your annual tradition continues to bring your group wonderful memories, and we’d be happy to welcome you back at one of our many other properties that may better suit your needs in the future.

Our group of seven couples takes an annual long weekend trip together, typically to either Broken Bow or the Texas Hill Country. We selected this particular property based on its advertised capacity and layout, which stated that it accommodates 24 guests and includes six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms. Upon arrival, however, we were unable to locate the half bath. While this may seem minor, it created significant inconvenience—especially for the seventh couple, who were staying in the sleeping area near the pool table. Having access to only six bathrooms for fourteen adults proved disruptive, particularly during the night and at peak times during the day.We contacted the management team and initially left a voicemail, which was not returned. After calling again, we were informed that the half bath had been locked due to a foundation issue. When we asked why we had not been notified prior to our arrival, the response we received was dismissive and focused on the inconvenience of having to vacate the property for repairs. As a result of the limited bathroom access, our seventh couple chose to rent a hotel room for the remainder of the trip.Additionally, we were surprised by the extensive list of rules, guidelines, and potential fees. As a group ranging in age from 55 to the mid-60s, we are responsible and respectful guests. Nevertheless, we felt overly cautious throughout our stay, making a concerted effort to comply with every requirement. Our goal for these annual
