We had a wonderful time using this house for a family reunion with 12 adults and two children. The spaciousness of the house was a huge plus, and it was well-equipped, especially for the kids, which was greatly appreciated (especially the kids room!!). The house was spotless, and the host and property manager were prompt in communicating and answering any questions we had. Would recommend 1000%!

I went with 5 of my girlfriends for a girls weekend and the property was amazing! So clean and spacious. Good location to food, shopping, and other things to do. Great stay!

This house is perfect for large groups. The number of bedrooms is amazing. The common spaces are fantastic! The playroom for the our kids was a huge hit and was so well stocked with toys and games. The TV area in the basement was perfect for watching the World Cup final. Our whole family fit on the couch with room to spare! The kitchen was so well stocked that we lacked for nothing. We were impressed that they even had dishes for the young ones! I would definitely recommend using the deck in the evenings. It was a lovely space to spend time with the entire family.

Beautiful property and super clean! The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials and there were many dining opportunities, including a large outside table on the deck which we enjoyed many evenings. Our granddaughters LOVED the adorable playroom that had so many toys and books. The tent was an huge hit and the play kitchen was great for a 3 year old and a 2 1/2 year old. Our daughter loved all the extra things for her 3month old baby. And we appreciated all of the baby gates to use! Loved, loved, loved this gorgeous home!! We would highly recommend it for large family gatherings. We had 7 adults and 3 children and didn’t even use 2 of the bedrooms. There were many attractions nearby and we even drove up to the Royal Gorge and the guys went fishing on the Eleven Mile Canyon Reservoir (both were 90 min drives). We enjoyed a wonderful dinner that night of salmon and trout … delicious!! Thank you for opening your home to us to make some wonderful family memories!!
