This all new, beautifully furnished, spacious 6 acre forest retreat home has it all! A 44ft long indoor heated lap pool and new high end details inside and out! Automatic kid safety pool cover keeps little ones safe.

This extraordinary custom built two story stucco home is spectacular. Featuring a full size heated indoor lap pool with all the fun pool amenities overlooking Pikes Peak makes this exceptional home a one of a kind--have your breakfast on the cozy eating space next to the pool enjoying the mountain views and your family swimming no matter what the weather outside! Pool newly resurfaced.

Welcoming hickory wood entry opens to a spacious great room w/ floor to ceiling stone fireplace and dramatic two story vaulted ceiling. Gourmet kitchen is a cooks dream featuring high end stainless steel appliances to include double oven, six burner gas cook top, center island, granite counters, wet bar, and breakfast nook with majestic views, second full size french door fridge plus upright freezer, and oversized washer/dryer in the spacious laundry room next door. Dining area (formal dining area and breakfast nook) seats up to 20 adult guests with additional kid table and chairs to provide flexibility.

Main level master suite is a dream-it has vaulted ceiling, walk out to private patio with swivel rockers and hammock, lap pool access, walk in glass shower, jetted tub, with a 40" tv in the room and a 25" tv above the jetted tub. An additional bedroom with ensuite bathroom plus another tv room (also w/ available aero bed) complete the main level.

There is a spacious family room upstairs with a second wood burning fireplace. It includes a foosball table, ping pong table, 9ft shuffleboard table, and cocktail style arcade game table with 412 games and a 26” screen The remaining 4 bedrooms are upstairs, including the mini master bedroom.

The fun outside includes a large grass yard for any sport and includes equipment for soccer, tetherball, and new lifetime swingset with fort. Awesome full size outdoor Kettler ping pong table to play either on patio, driveway, or inside the well lit garage! A huge patio with automatic/wind sensor awning offers plenty of shade and outdoor seating (seats 16+). Patio also include Propane bbq and fire pit.

House includes waterproof Portable bluetooth speaker.

Location is less than 10 miles to US Air Force Academy, walmart, grocery store, gas station, fast-food, movie theater and downtown monument. The location is safe for kids-no busy streets, off of a secluded private dirt road and beautiful private forest.

The home is located at a higher elevation of about 7400 ft surrounded by forest, so the home was built with passive cooling design in mind. Open the windows to allow the breeze to cool things off and it really does the trick if it gets warm. Downstairs is always cool. There are ceiling fans in every room.

Enjoy the wildlife. There are deer, elk, albert squirrels, and owls.

We've stayed here before and loved it. This time we came in and the trash had not been emptied. The floors were not swept good. There was Food on kitchen floor. There were dirty towels in one of the bathrooms. There was gum on the back of one of the chairs in the Livy room. And all- I say All the bath towels in the cupboards in every bathroom were folded and put up wet. We had to do rewash, dry and fold laundry ourselves before anyone could shower. Also baby snakes u see the porch off the garage that we had to catch in the house and throw out. Some bed sheets were dirty as well. We are Very disappointed. We noticed a for sale sign and are wondering if they just don't care since they are selling the property.

Excellent for a large group!

We stayed with four families and children ranging from 4-15. Everyone had a comfortable bed, places to sit and eat, and plenty of room to spread out! Everyone loved the beautiful outdoor areas with space to explore. The amenities were top notch and everyone appreciated the pool, hot tub, arcade games, foosball, shuffle board, and pool table. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and is well designed for feeding a large group. The owners were excellent to work with and had great communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing view

The view of pikes peak from the patio was beautiful. The kids loved the pool, Jungle gym outside, and the game room. We had a group of 20 and there were tons of beds for everyone and plenty of space.

This was an excellent stay and our entire family had immense fun. So many different games to keep the kids occupied. The kids also loved the pool and of course everyone loved the hot tub. It was very spacious so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The view from all around the house is stunning during sunrise/sunset. Kitchen has all the utensils and appliances you need for cooking. Large table to sit a large family all together - no need to split anyone. We are easy going people - so for us, this is a 5 star stay and would return again. I will mention some things for consideration that others might knock down a star in future: for the amount of people this place holds, more towels would be great. We were scrounging for towels and had to do multiple washes to maintain clean towels. Tables were still sticky and a little black mold in the pink kids room bathroom. We do safety checks wherever small children stay and the large armoire in the pink kids room isn’t anchored. So make sure any little ones know to be mindful. I saw a previous comment regarding a lot of house rules when we were originally looking for a place to stay and I will agree there were a lot of rules that are sent prior to arrival. With that said, if your lifestyle in your own home includes a typically clean home and you are individuals who respect other people’s property - then you’ll be fine. This isn’t a hotel - this is someone’s home and you’ll need to do the typical chores. Like trash, etc.

Awesome rental

This place was great. It accommodated all 20 of us adults. The house is spacious and well kept. Fully stocked with everything you need. The property was fantastic and gave us all plenty of room to spread out. Allison was very easy to work with. Thank you for letting us use your home for the weekend.

Great house

Kitchen is fabulous. Lots of room and private. The only complaint was smelly garbage from previous renters. Perfect house for large families. Ping pong table was a real hit. Lots of options available for activities from pool to football.

There were a few issues with towels and garbage removal but we really enjoyed the pool and the two dinning areas were great. Not sure where twenty people would sleep though.

Lovely home with breathtaking views!

The home is large and accommodates a large family group effortlessly. The kitchen is beautiful and very well stocked. We cooked all of our meals at the house and had everything that we could possibly need! The kids loved the pool and arcade games. Everyone enjoyed playing ping pong in the garage and basketball in the driveway. Eating dinner on the patio was an incredible way to wind down from the day's activities. The views are stunning! We had an issue with the pool and Allison had the pool ladies come to the house within an hour or so. The house appeared clean, on the surface, when we arrived. After spending time in the house, it was apparent the ceiling and bathroom fans hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. The kitchen cabinets had a lot of spills down the fronts of them. The carpets desperately need cleaned. From my viewpoint, the housekeepers don't have enough time between guests to do a much needed deep clean.

Family Christmas Getaway

We were all so excited to make this Christmas trip a success! This house, the kids called it the "Christmas Mansion House" It is big enough to host large families! We had 9 adults & 6 kids, 3 of them teens, and the others under 8. We had enough rooms & beds, & enough family space to spread out! The kitchen is well stocked w everything! Including spices, even flour. She even has a gas stove, 2 full size refrigerators & the kitchen one makes ice in the freezer. She has a Keurig, bring your own coffees. She has a Grittle to make pancakes, too. Pitchers to make juice or Tea. Serving platters for large meals. Even a Crockpot. So much! The Pool was amazing for the kids! She had a basket full of swim toys. The family game room was a lot of fun, the kids spent plenty of time enjoying being in there. The fireplace was such a pleasure to watch & listen to, while watching TV. Everyone had plenty of space in their bedrooms. The beds were nice & comfortable. The firepit, was so much fun to use, as well. Plenty of sitting for all of us. This amazing house has plenty of space for family conversations around the kitchen table & enough counter space to hold everything you bring in! The front room fireplace was in process of being repaired, but the host brought in space heaters to accommodate. That room was perfect to sit in & spend Christmas morning. The host had it decorated w a Christmas tree & other Christmas decorations placed around. Allison is amazing, she answered all our questions & was very prompt in responding. I recommend this property!!

If I could rate the house only…

First off, the home is beyond amazing. Great location. Past that it goes downhill. We drove in from Tx. It was late and had just snowed. It was hard to see. The area is beautiful but it was hard to find the property in the dark with so much snow. We didn’t have sheets on some of the beds. The room we chose had dirty pillowcases and stained sheets. We slept on top of the covers under a blanket with our own pillows because there were not extra in the house. The grandkids had to do the same with the bunkbeds. The following day, the cleaning crew came and put sheets on but left the dirty pillowcases. The pool looks blue in photos but it’s actually greenish. The breaker had tripped so the pool was cold. It was dirty and green. When I called the property owner, she said that the pool guy would be there in 3 hours. We stayed at the house since he would have to go inside to get to the pool. He wasn’t there so I texted her where she told me that he wasn’t coming and it was supposed to be green like that. It was dirty and green. We know pools. It was not supposed to be green with things floating in it. The pool guy came by and cleaned it and added chemicals. We had ants in the kitchen, on the counters and floors. We had them in the bathrooms. The insides of drawers and cabinets were dirty where utensils and dishes are. The floors were not swept. Whoever the cleaning crew is needs to be fired. The property owner did give us an extra day for free.

Our stay was wonderful. We stayed with a group of friends - the guys hiked pikes peak over two days - while the women and children explored Colorado. The house accommodated all of us perfectly. There was a lot of cookware, which we appreciated, especially when all 16 of us ate together. My one “complaint” is that none of the bedrooms had curtains or blinds to keep the sunlight from shining in our eyes. Also, for the amount we paid, I would have expected it to be somewhat cleaner than it was, but that didn’t affect our experience. Thank you for opening up your home to us! We definitely made lots of great memories here.

My husband, myself, 6 adult children and 7 grandchildren stayed here for a week. The house is amazing. The master suite is wonderful. Dream kitchen with plenty of seating and amenities. The only thing we couldn't find was a pizza cutter. The pool is an added perk and we all enjoyed it. The hot tub was dreamy in the evenings with the firepit lit and the clear starry sky. The view of Pike's Peak is beautiful. We painted rocks to leave behind for other visitors to find. Rock painting night was so much fun!!! Our hostess was very easy to reach and responded quickly any time she was needed. I highly recommend this place for large families with children of all ages!!!

We celebrated our parents 60th Wedding Anniversary. It was the most amazing place and perfect location. 20 of us on one house and never felt like we were on top of each other. All we can talk about how wonderful of a place we stayed at. Plenty of space, things to do for each age group, could sleep even when kids yellinh, laughing, and having fun. Easy access to all the wonderful places and activities CO has to offer and see. We all gave it a top 10 place.

We really loved the house and the view!! The kitchen was VERY well stocked which was a plus. The check-in was easy and the hosts were very accommodating!! The only complaint would be and wasn’t a huge deal, but we could have used another bathroom to two. We had a wonderful week with our whole family. I would recommend this house highly!

Gulley Family reunion

We had a wonderful time on our family reunion staying in your spacious home. We especially enjoyed the new pool table and had a family competition. The kitchen was very spacious and well stocked. The over sized dining room table was perfect for our whole family of 13. My husband and I thought the master suite was wonderful. We enjoyed the view while spending time outside. The patio furniture itself was worn, yet served its purpose. We enjoyed the large hot tub, and the outdoor fire pit was perfect for our s’mores. This home is well suited to accommodate large groups of varied ages. Allison was quick to respond to our inquiries.

Came there for a family reunion and had a great time. Had a few little things that were rectified quickly and I want to personally thank Allison and Tom for getting back to us so quick. Kids had a blast with so much to do that they didn't even think about the TV. House was more than spacious for 18 people and the pool and hot tub was a big hit. If you want quiet and nature this is the place and don't forget to watch for the deer that roamed through the property.

Family vacation

We all loved the view and the peace and quiet. .........the children especially enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the hottub,but there seemed to be a shortage of towels. Over all our stay was most enjoyable. Thank you for your hospitality.

Wonderful Property for Large Groups

We had 12 people stay for a weekend and everyone was very happy with the house. It was clean, plenty of comfortable beds, kitchen amenities for cooking and plenty of places to congregate as a group inside and out. The property is beautiful with a view of Pike's Peak. The lap pool was a hit and it was very clean as well. Host was very prompt and responsive to inquires and very easy to work with. This was a wonderful place for a get away, we wish we'd had more days to spend relaxing and enjoying all the activities the home had to offer. We all agreed we will likely return.

The US Air Force brought us to Colorado Springs in 2008 and we have loved it here ever since--especially after we moved to the black forest and became "forest dwellers". One of our favorite things to do at the home is called "pancakes by the pool" on a Saturday morning and spotting wildlife with the kids. Our daughter holds the record-she and a friend once spotted 8 buck on a single outing. You also can't beat swimming during a snow storm and warming up afterwards by the fire.
