Beautiful house for a large group

This house is gorgeous both on the inside and out! We had an amazing stay here with a group of 18 people, and it was so wonderful that everyone had beds with their significant other! The views are beautiful and the house is very well decorated!

The house is a beautiful home, although a bit dated. It was spacious and worked perfectly with our family. The grandkids enjoyed the games on the lower level and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. The setting is private but close to other amenities. If you have a large family and need multiple beds and baths, this property is perfect.

The house was great, kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay there. There was a bunch of moths throughout the house which skeeved some of the guests out.

Family vacation

Perfect home for three families, six adults and five kids aged 5-9. The downstairs bedrooms was perfect for two separate families, and the spacious master bedroom was incredible which included a steam room with shower.The kitchen had everything that one would need and the layout was incredible which included a bar area.The game room kept everyone busy playing pool, skeeball, and scuffle board.The pond was great for the kids gathering tadpoles.Also, the home is close to many attractions that tourists want to visit.

wonderful. We had a great time. Kitchen island was perfect for buffet style meals. Used the BBQ for our burgers. Large fridge and freezer. Very comfy. Highly recommend.

Florida Takes Colorado

Beautiful house and amazing property! Exactly like the pictures! This place has all the comforts to make you feel at home! It truly felt like a warm retreat, and I can't recommend it highly enough! Beautiful Property

We couldn’t have asked for a better property! Our family traveled from all over to meet up and enjoy thanksgiving in Colorado. This place did not disappoint! The vistas are breathtaking, from rolling hills to Pikes Peak it’s beautiful in every direction! The owners were very communicative and so very accommodating. We will absolutely stay again. (Try the steam shower in the master bath!)

Micro Wedding

We hosted a micro wedding of 35 people out here. 10 of us stayed on the property. The management team was great about answering questions. We had an absolute gorgeous wedding ceremony in the back yard with the beautiful ranch in the back with mountains as well, our first looks and private vows by the pond and dinner on the upper back patio deck. It was absolutely gorgeous and perfect. Perfect space for cocktails on the lower patio and master was great for a bridal suite. The views are stunning and house is well stocked!!!

Family Christmas

From the time we opened the front door to the time we left, we were amazed at how organized, clean and beautiful this home was. We had asked for some Christmas decor if possible as we were going to celebrate Christmas at the home, and to our surprise they went above and beyond to provide us with the most beautiful Christmas decor, including a Christmas tree. The kids were so excited as we were. Thank you so much for making this a beautiful stay. I'm sorry, thought I had already written a review till I got this today.

Mice & Oven broke, no compensation

Property not well maintained. Mice problems, we caught at least 4 and owner new of mice in the past. He accused us of lying when we told him we found a box with mice traps in the house. Oven went out on us, as no fault of our own. Owner never contacted us about any kind of work around for this. This was the two main issues of several not listed. The owner refused to give us any compensation on any of these major issues.

Please ensure to read our other reviews including the reviews that were immediately before this stay and immediately after this stay which are both 5 star reviews. We have never received a poor review. We have never had to rate a guest with 1 star but did with this particular party. We would never consider hosting this guest again. They broke our oven heating element from grease and bbq sauce being left from ribs (according to the appliance repair technician), stained our carpet in the lower level, while they stayed at our house our sprinklers were turned off which meant our lawns did not receive water which unfortunately caused serious damage to our lawn and is now repaired. The guest had games set-up in our yard which I believe is the reason our sprinklers were turned off. We have not had mice traps in our home nor did we see any mice before or after their stay. On a side note the guests also went into our garage which is locked and off limits. They had already been told they were unable to use the garage when asked multiple times and that the garage is off limits to guests do to our personal items and financial documents. They did not respect the house rules nor were they pleasurable to speak with or do business with. Our home was damaged after their stay which is always disappointing. We are filing a claim for home damage. These were the worst guests we have ever hosted. I have been in business a long time and always want to resolve customer issues unfortunately in this instance this party was merely looking for unjustified compensation so we were not able to satisfy them although much to our frustration we tried.

Plenty of space, lacking the little things

The house was spacious inside and out, with lots of privacy on the property. The pool table, shuffleboard, and Skee-ball were big hits with our group. The owner responded quickly to my texts. Overall, it was fine. Our group was able to enjoy being together. However, the experience lacked the kind of details that separate ordinary hosts from impressive hosts. A few examples: there were very few trash cans in the house, no tissue boxes, dog hair on the bedspread, and laundry in the dryer when we arrived. We were plagued with flies from the very start, indicating that they were already in the house before we got there. The biggest disappointment was that none of us could get on the Wifi. I texted the owner, and he responded that the Wifi was down and wouldn't be up until the afternoon before we left. Had he notified us beforehand, maybe we could've planned some kind of workaround, but since we didn't find out until we asked, we were just dead in the water. We couldn't do many of the things we needed and wanted to do. I was surprised and disappointed that we were not offered any kind of credit back due to this significant deviation from the listing.

Beautiful Property with Fantastic Owners!!

The pictures don’t do it justice, the property is so much more beautiful in person. It’s huge so everyone had their own space and the owners are incredibly nice and responsive. We asked if they had any salt for the walkways and they were there within the hour with some for us. We held a small wedding there and it was perfect. We saw a whole heard of elk outside, the view is breathtaking. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for making the weekend so special!

Mini Family Reunion

There were 9 adults and 4 children and the house had more than enough room. We had one full bedroom and extra beds that weren't even used. Kitchen was a nice set up for large meal times. House was clean and well maintained. Out of the city hustle and bustle but not far from the necessities. Would return for another stay.

This home was a fabulous venue for my daughter's wedding reception in the barn.

Wonderful Wedding

We rented this wonderful house to house our bridal party for the weekend of our wedding. The place was beautiful, clean and housed our bridal party quite comfortably. We had a lovely stay and absolutely recommend this rental!
