Originally from New York, brought down to South Florida for my teens. Ended up buying my first home in the country. Just trying to enjoy life and take a few vacations before it's over. I'm all about exploring for new food spots or things to do. I volunteer within my community.

I have always been in the big city but now I'm just trying to relax and live a quiet lifestyle.
What makes this property unique
My property is located in a quiet nature filled neighborhood. If you like State Parks, Blue springs and the manatees are literally within 2.5 miles of my home. You can visit downtown DeLand and all it's eclectic charm. Restaurants are also close. Beach is within 30 minutes and if you want to go to the theme parks or downtown Orlando, all within an hours drive away.
