From the open balcony you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by. Less than a mile from Mellow Mushroom and Another Broken Egg Cafe and a short drive to the Harborfront, with boat and jet ski rentals plus more great restaurants!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Wonderful vacation spot

We enjoyed the condo. Plenty of room for 3 kids and 2 adults. The kitchen had all we needed to dine in. Loved the resort with easy access to the pool area. As well as a short walk to the beach! Would recommend and hope to go back in the future

Great location and condo!

First time staying in Destin — now I’m a fan! The Shoreline Towers were in a great location — very clean and friendly staff and just a short walk to the beach. Condo was lovely and spacious and my kids loved it. Fantastic local restaurant in walking distance also was a nice discovery (the local market). Will definitely stay again next time I’m in Destin!

My husband and I needed a quick weekend trip to the beach to unwind and this was just right. We had no problems. Easy arrival and departure. Next time will want to stay in tower 1 for better beach view from balcony.

Great stay

My family and I had a great stay here. The neighborhood was good, safe & great location close to a lot of attractions. The beach was walking distance and was very nice & clean. The listing was accurate with all the construction going on which we were aware of. When it is all completed, it’s going to be a beautiful place to stay. The dryer didn’t work which was the only downfall.

Great beach front property.

We were on the 8th floor overlooking the beach so we had a great view. The beach was super easy to get to and chairs and umbrellas were available for a few. There were a lot of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping close by. The only “bad” thing was the construction on the building that went on from 8 to 4 Monday thru Saturday.

We loved everything about this condo! Well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Only thing to complain about is the bedroom windows on the elevator side need black out curtains. All night, the light from the elevator hallway make you thinks it’s daylight out. Made it difficult to sleep and stay asleep

Enjoyed our month long stay. Good location and great view of the water. Short walk to the beach for relaxing walk, sit , or view of sunset. Nice pool area, tennis courts and workout room. Easy check-in. Excellent responsiveness of property manager when needed. Building is undergoing remodeling, so there is some daytime construction noise. Plan your day accordingly. Good shopping and restaurants nearby. Will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place.

Shoreline Towers is amazing

I give them 5 stars across the board. Normally when booking a room/condo you don't get just what you see but here it was plus better. Everyone of the rooms are very spacious. The beds was very comfortable and you could lay in the bed and watch the ocean. HD Smart Televisions in both bedrooms and living room. I can go on and on. If you are looking for a great place to stay look no further.

I enjoyed the balcony view, living room and kitchen area a lot. Bed could've been larger with a larger TV (placement of TV was awkward also). Paneling in master bath was peeling in the shower and needs fixing. Everything else was OK.

Nice place nice area despite the noise from the construction and eye sore of the dumpster and construction trucks otherwise everything else was great also the door lock latch broke on us the first day there but we were still able to lock the door at night by the door knob

The beach was the best part!

The place looked nothing like the pictures. Old kinda ran down. The beds were uncomfortable and only sheets on the bed. There were curtain hangers in a pillowcase with a pillow in the closet. I travel a lot and usually the owners go all out, these only provided the bare minimum. The location and beach saved the trip.

We absolutely LOVED how close it was to everything we enjoy doing! Also loved how secure we felt knowing the guards check all the vehicles entering. Not too far of a walk to the beach, nice condo! The only thing we had issues with was the master bed is so tall it was hard for my pregnant self to get in there maybe add a stool for us shorter ppl haha. The light switches in each room are hard to learn bc If you turn one on the other comes home but we finally mastered that by the end of the trip! The property communicates so well and fast with any questions! We will be back for our next girls trip!

OUTSTANDING!

The condo is spacious, clean, and conveniently located next to so many restaurants and shops. Everything you could want or need is within minutes (driving or walking) from Shoreline Towers. The ocean view was gorgeous and we loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves each night. We saw some dolphins splashing around from our balcony on our last morning! The beach is right across the parking lot and is also picture perfect! We rented a pontoon one day and explored Crab Island and a couple surrounding beaches. Our 3 children loved every minute of it. We didn't get to do everything we wanted because there is so much to explore. We will definitely be back to Destin and would rent this condo again in a heartbeat!

Needs updating!!

I gave it 3 Stars but because my family and I made the best of it. This property needs to be updated badly. The furniture and the flooring were my biggest complaints. We could not truly relax because the couches were terrible and the floors looked dirty in the bathrooms, the carpeting was dingy, and I can't even begin to talk about the balcony furniture (or lack there of). We love coming to Destin and have always enjoyed our accommodations but this was by far our less favorite condo to stay in.

Great location

This type of condo’s are big enough for large family and that’s the reason we choose the same location. Unfortunately this condo was very dirty! The floor was worse than parking lot, some of the bad sheets was dirty ( probably not changed ) the living room couches very dirty and sticky , balcony same way, the master bath tub valve faucet it’s leaking and making noise all night, hall bath toilet water was running and making noise, hall bath tub shower head need to be replaced. The kids room window needs more privacy from hallway and dark curtains to block the light from the hallway!! Kitchen cabinets appliances and bathrooms vanity’s are upgraded 👍 ( I sign up for 6 people and found only 4 🍴👎) Decent ocean view from the balcony and great beach area easy to access. This condo Definitely need to be cleaned very well!!
