Needs an update and a deep clean. I think it used to be a smoker friendly condo- upon arrival the smell was just more old but once we got home all of our luggage, clothes and vehicles smelled like cigarettes. We also found mold in the property. Once it gets a little love- great place to stay!

Very nice place, location is crazy good, walk down to a beautiful beach, not far. Well designed furniture and decor and large kitchen. Very spacious throughout. Cool view from two of the bedrooms. Check in super easy, just don't forget you have to fill out some check in form online with id photo. There are nice pickleball courts just fyi.Cons, which are not terrible at all. Needs updates to bathrooms. People are just used to getting to a vacation and having a nice bathroom, they function, just feels old, slow toilets and weird loud fan in the shared. And something must be done about he step down in the living area. Everyone one in my group stumbled on that at some point. Looks like they enclosed the patio to make more room? Also note, no balcony. - None of this would keep me from going back, just don't want people to be surprised.

We have stayed at another unit in this building and really like where it is located and the gated, private area, but so close to everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed this particular unit more than the unit we stayed in before, though. The bedding for all of the beds was nice and white and looked newly updated. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and they were a good quality. There were 6 of us and the guest bath was large and nice for those sharing. The master bedroom has its own nice walk-in shower but then also a closet/dressing area in between the bathroom and the bedroom that I loved for being able to get ready outside of the bathroom space. The living room and kitchen were open and the perfect layout for hanging out as a large group and playing games at night. The host was so responsive and helpful. We travel to Destin every year and will definitely book this unit again.
