I’m a Floridian native. I have traveled the SE United States & came back to FL to retire in next 5 years. We have 8 adult children & 8 grandchildren we love spending as much time with.
Why they chose this property
We chose this location due to the accessibility to so many activities from Pensecola to Perdido Key. We also like the boat launch is 1 mile away & bay for kayaking is 2 blocks from our home. Delicious Donuts is 3 min drive.
What makes this property unique
Our 1/2 acre lot is wooded. We love the different species of birds including barred owls. Listen around dusk for their hoots. You just may catch a glimpse. We’re right in center of 25 beaches & parks. We can watch naval base practices from porch or ride bike to bay 2 blocks away & stay for sunset. The sunsets are beautiful & peaceful on bay.
