Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

1. Please place all dishes in dishwasher and start (pods under sink) 2. Please place all USED towels and rags in washing machine and start. If unused towels remain, please leave folded on beds
3. Trash comes Monday morning so please have the cans at the curbside first thing Monday for pickup. 4. All USED bed sheets stripped and placed in laundry room on floor. Any unused beds can stay.

Great place to stay

Josh was a great host and helped troubleshoot the one problem we had. The house is great - lots of space for kids to run around, but close enough to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The trail close to the house was great or hiking, the Lake Logan beach was great…overall a really good experience.The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Walking into this house I knew I made the right decision about booking this property. It was perfect for our family gathering. Each room was unique in it”s own way. There was a lot of space and privacy. The children had many things to occupy their time. The barns had many activities for everyone, basketball playing, ping pong, darts and pickleball. Even though it was late December we spent alot of time outdoors. The area is full of trails and unique history. Walking distance from the property was a trail to the Rockbridge Bridge. There is an antique mall right down the road. The property is easy to get to from SR 33. The owners were helpful and provided everything you would need for a comfortable stay! Would book again!

We stayed at this incredible farmhouse for a family reunion, with guests ranging in age from 3 to 76, everyone had an amazing time! The home was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay.The amenities were a huge hit! We spent hours playing pickleball, shooting hoops, and enjoying darts in the game area. The large gathering space was perfect for meals, games, and just catching up as a family. Whether it was the kids running around or the grandparents relaxing and taking in the peaceful surroundings, there was truly something for everyone.One of the most memorable features was a unique fire pit and park set in the woods nearby. It felt like something out of a storybook setting, tucked away in nature, with room for the kids to explore while the adults enjoyed the fire and conversations. The location couldn’t have been better; quiet, scenic, and still convenient to everything we needed. It was the perfect backdrop for reconnecting with family and creating memories we’ll talk about for years.Highly recommend this farmhouse for any group looking for a place that blends comfort, fun, and the perfect touch of country charm!
