Unique to this property is our spacious, fenced in backyard patio - the perfect place to start or end your day!
Walking distance to the beach, bay, playground, ice cream, surf shop, fishing/crabbing, & delicious restaurants! Boardwalk entertainment is a short car ride: Seaside Heights Boardwalk (4 miles), Jenkinson's Boardwalk (8 miles)!
Amenities:
Central air, heat, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, full kitchen, outdoor fenced-in private patio, gas grill, outdoor shower, 2 car driveway, comfortably sleeps 4-6.
Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, this property offers the perfect setting for your coastal getaway.
*Must be 25 years or older to rent. No pets or smoking.
*Tenants are responsible for bringing their own linens & towels.
*Beach flag fee is $150 per week and a $20 refundable deposit.
*Trash pick up Mon\Thur + Recycling Fri - tenants take to curb.
