We have a very happy retirement in Sarasota , where we have the opportunity to practice a lot of sports (golf, tennis, bike, rowing, walking...) and have also many cultural activities (theatre, opera, museums, library...), great shopping and restaurants.

Because many golf courses here and in the area, beaches, sun and so many activities in this specific place, we fell in love USA , Florida , Sarasota and our house in University Park Country Club
That's why our Floridian house is not only a house, it's a home !

What makes this property unique

It's so great to wake up with the sun and to have a drink with the sunset on the pool and the Preserve Area.
Nature is gorgeous all around and very peaceful. Nights are quiet
It's the exactly place to be with family and friends
It's like a youth bath.
