You will also have a designated parking spot and are only a 5 minute downhill walk to the town and 10 minutes from the beach and Esplanade.
The space Once you enter from the communal hallway the apartment is all on one level on the ground floor. You enter the hallway and to your left is the Master Bedroom, tastefully decorated, with a large King size double bed, huge double wardrobe and chest of drawers, 26" TV with streaming services. Views from the rear up towards the downs over the courtyard and slight sea view to the side. Also off the hall to your left is the bathroom with raindrop shower and the second bedroom with twin raised beds and storage with a sae view to the side. The highlight of the home is to your right, all newly renovated in Spring 2023 the kitchen/dining/living area is stunning. Not only is it light and bright but it is complimented with the large bay window having garden and sea views out to the channel. The Cinema-size 72” TV has SMART streaming services and large comfortable 'Chesterfield' Sofas to accommodate all guests. We also have games etc. You will find the kitchen fully equipped , we hope we have thought of everything for you to enjoy your stay. The outside space at the side of the building is communal so you can sit on the bench and enjoy the views. You are able to park on the driveway at the top by the building , please ensure you do not block in any other residents. We also have an EV Charger available for an additional cost of £20 per stay please request on booking .
Guest access The apartment is in a block of 4, with other residents and holiday guests. The main entrance to number 2 is from the courtyard at the rear of the building, the Keysafe for number 2 is to the left of the front door. Number 2 is at the end of the hallway on the ground floor, it is a communal hallway that you can store bikes , pushchairs etc.
Other things to note There is no official outside space, however you are welcome to sit on the bench by the apartment to enjoy a morning coffee with the sunrise or just enjoy the view. We will be able to provide a discount code for the Isle of Wight ferries.
