Please keep all doors and windows closed to maintain air conditioning performance and prevent humidity damage to the property and furniture.

Due to South Florida’s tropical climate, insects may occasionally be present. The property is professionally treated, and guests are advised to keep doors closed to reduce the chance of intrusion.

✎Liability Agreement:
To ensure a smooth check-in and meet HOA requirements, all guests must sign a short liability agreement at least 24 hours before check-in. This is mandatory — check-in instructions will only be provided once the agreement is completed.
If not submitted on time, the reservation may be subject to cancellation.

Guests will be able to access the property through an electronic door lock. The unique door code will be provided on the day of check-in and is changed after each guest’s stay for security purposes.
