Experience the charm of Marco Island in this updated cozy 2 bedroom cottage just minutes from Marco's sugar sand crescent shaped beach. You'll love the Master with king bed and walk-in shower. Second bedroom offers two double beds and walk-in shower. Plan to relax in the spacious vaulted ceiling living room with large screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating. Our cottage guests love the separate dining area offering seating for 6. Step outside to the lovely screened in lanai with relaxing seating overlooking the professionally landscaped and lighted back yard. Long views are enhanced across the 12th and 13th holes of the Island Country Club. You'll love this little cottage and I'm happy to assist with any questions during your stay. I live next door.
