Summary:
Large fenced in and recently updated home located in a quiet, walkable Downtown Cary neighborhood.

The Space:
This home has four large bedrooms and three full bathrooms, features two sitting room spaces both with large screen smart TVs, a huge dining space, as well as a breakfast nook in the eat-in kitchen. Outdoor space has plenty of seating space as well, we also do have a propane grill available for our guests. Home can comfortably sleep eight guests! We do allow dogs with a 2 dog max and a $100 pet fee.

Location is super convenient to airport, downtown Cary and shopping. House was clean and comfortable- 2 dining tables were key for us as we had family games going on at both tables! Fenced in back yard was gave our son and his fiance a break from having to walk their dogs- host was very responsive thru out the booking process.

My family stayed in this house for a week. The host responded quickly to fix a few minor issues (front door screen needed to be secured, missing broom). The weather was both quite warm and then very cold in the week we were there and the air conditioning and heat worked well throughout the house. The beds slept comfortably as well. Overall, we had a very positive stay in a comfortable, spacious house.

We had a nice stay and really appreciated how responsive and helpful the host was throughout — communication was easy and timely. The home is in a quiet location and worked well for our group, with plenty of space to spread out and relax. The house generally matched the listing and felt comfortable overall. One thing to note is that the kitchen was stocked fairly minimally, so we did end up reaching out a couple of times for basic items. The host was quick to help each time, and a bit more proactive stocking would make the experience feel even smoother.As a pet-friendly property, we did notice some pet hair upon arrival, which is worth mentioning for guests who may be more sensitive to cleanliness or allergies.
