The property was amazing! When we pulled up for our approved early check in the co-owner was on site making sure every detail was perfect. I communicated a few times before our arrival and the host was very quick to respond. The property had every amenity you could want. It was perfect for our family and we definitely enjoyed our time there!

The home was perfect for our family gathering. There were so many amenities on the property that the young children were easily entertained. Everything was clean and in working order and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there! We would stay there again for sure!

We loved that this home offer amenities for all ages from the play ground to the pool table. This home was set up with rooms to house our adult family members and younger members! The kitchen was furnished will an abundance of appliances, pots and dishes. They did not skimp on anything.

We had a great stay for our girls trip! We had an issue with the outside TV not wanting to connect to the Wi-Fi. The property manager got back with us right away and immediately sent someone out to fix it. The issue was resolved and we were able to watch the TV outside. Overall, it was a great stay. We would stay there again.

We had the best time at Simmer Down. We wrangled up some extended family and came for a long weekend. We had lots of fun doing activities outside of the cabin, but the best part was coming “home” and relaxing. We enjoyed grilling, hot tubbing, drinking coffee, watching the kids play on the playground, and playing cards on the awesome deck/wrap around porch. S’mores around the fire, of course. We made lasting memories playing pool, watching tv, and having big family dinners around the huge dining room table. We are already ready to come back (preferably in cooler weather next time!). The cabin was so clean and well kept, and it honestly had everything we needed and more. The layout of the cabin is open and perfect for entertaining, but the bedrooms are also private and located perfectly upstairs and downstairs. The rustic decor is so cozy. The only minor issue we had was the Wi-Fi signal being weak (probably because so many of us were connecting to it at once), but who needs strong WiFi while you’re in a cabin in the woods with loved ones?! We would recommend again and again.
