The Space:

Enter this modern cabin and feel instantly at ease. The right side of the home is rentable only, ensuring complete privacy with no one else onsite during your stay. The spacious living room is designed for relaxation, featuring two plush sofas, two cozy armchairs, and a gas fireplace that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. A smart TV offers entertainment, while a charming table for four provides the perfect spot for board games or morning coffee. Step outside to the private back patio, where a grill awaits for summer cookouts and a hot tub invites you to unwind beneath the stars after a day of adventure.



The heart of the home is its breathtaking kitchen, designed to impress. Large windows flood the space with natural light, highlighting the sleek stainless steel appliances and oversized island with bar seating for four. Whether you’re brewing a fresh cup of coffee with the Keurig or drip coffee maker, preparing a delicious meal, or gathering around for drinks and conversation, this kitchen is a dream for both chefs and casual cooks alike. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a full size bed and a white vanity.



Bedroom #2 includes a California king size bed, walk-in closet, and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a computer desk.



Bedroom #4 includes a twin size bed, a twin size trundle bed, a kids play area with toys, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a soaking tub.



This home also includes two full bathrooms, each with a single vanity and and one with a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles.

• Stairs required.

• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras; (1) located at the front of the home and actively monitoring the driveway, (2) located at the front door and actively monitoring the front entry, (3) located on a tree in the yard facing the front of the home.

• Amenities for Lake Tahoe Park Association are only available from May 1 - Nov 1.

• The right side of the home is rentable only. No one else will be onsite during guest stays.

• As our guest, you have access to the Lake Tahoe Park Association's exclusive private beach and amenities!

Entry: Access is provided via a key card. A replacement fee of $75 applies for lost cards.
