Arrived at the cabin and it smelled like electrical burning with haze in the house. Confirmed by HOA security and all 3 smoke detectors were not operable. Neither the renter nor VRBO were able to find us a suitable place to stay for the night. We had to make our own last minute arrangements which is not easy on a weekend in Gatlinburg. I did received a full refund.
