Experience authentic Puerto Rican culture in this beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bath duplex located in a typical Canóvanas neighborhood. You'll hear roosters crowing in the morning and the occasional dog barking, cats roaming the streets and occasionally the gun range 1/2 mile away hosts a party! There's three local churches in the neighborhood and if you listen you'll hear Puerto Ricans celebrating on Sundays. Casaku is Surrounded by vibrant local shops, friendly neighbors, and a true island vibe, this cozy unit offers the perfect balance of culture, comfort, convenience, and modern amenities.
Casaku garden is the lower level of a split level duplex. Guests at Casaku have access to the shared balcony just up the stairs with views of El Yunque in the distance.
The home offers a master suite with a queen bed and a second queen bedroom.
The kitchen is supplied with everything you need to make in home meals or venture out for a meal in any of over 100 local restaurants and kiosks.
The spacious living room offers a nice, relaxed atmosphere for watching our smart wifi connected television, drinking or just kicking back after a day on the beach and high speed wifi for those of you who can't leave the office alone.
