Enjoy this Spacious Downtown Oasis. We are located on Grand Ave, less than 5 minutes from shops, restaurants, and downtown center!
This is the main floor unit in a 3-unit building.
Large living room space for all guests in your party to enjoy time together.
We have 3 bedrooms, all quite spacious and 1.5 bathrooms.
Large fenced in back yard with patio. Great for your pet or evening relaxing.
This property is a great option for short or long term rentals!
Enjoy the many activities that Glenwood Springs has to offer including hot springs, horseback riding, hiking, biking, skiing/snowboarding, and much more!
Backyard: Backyard in enclosed and for your use only. We ask that you do not leave dog unattended in the yard. From time to time you may see our very friendly long term tenant passing through the backyard to perform certain tasks like repairs or taking out the trash.

Trash: Glenwood has Bears! Always be aware when exiting the home. Do not leave any food unattended outside. If you do throw trash in the canisters outside, make sure they are properly closed with the bear safety lock. Recycling is encouraged but, ONLY recycling that has no residual food on it.

Clean and well appointed

This house was lovely. Utensils, sliver-wear, and everything else we needed was clean and well organized. The bedding was comfortable and clean. The house has a lovely backyard and is walking distance from downtown. The decor was a stylish balance of classic and new.
