My 100 year old home first owned by Colonel Howard E Miller is a regal gem full of charm. Three stories including a finished attic that we call the tree house and an unfinished basement make this the tallest home on the block. You’ll decompress in the peaceful bubble of my neighborhood hidden from major street noise yet close to all interstates, downtown and nightlife. The rare solitude yet convenient location is thanks to being on a no outlet street that overlooks the famous Audubon country club and golf course. Each bedroom features a queen bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. With an open kitchen full of all the cookware you could need, cooking a savory brunch or a KY HotBrown is easy and entertaining. Opening the Dutch door while you’re grilling steaks from the local butcher (Frank's Deli) nearby makes asking your friends how they want their meat cooked a breeze. The 3rd floor, lovingly called the tree house, offers an additional hangout space and includes a cozy day bed for extra sleeping arrangements. Beware, once you lay down on its cloud-like cushions you might never leave! Sit by a cozy fire in my private backyard in the Adirondack chairs as you share stories of your unforgettable day at Churchill Downs. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
