Our newly built 3-bedroom (4 beds), 3-bathroom home offers modern comfort with a pool table, ping pong, and foosball. Steps from Fort Union's dining / shopping, Trader Joe's, and ski rental (0.5 miles), and a short distance to the ski bus for Cottonwood Canyon resorts.

The space
Our home offers breathtaking mountain views (great for a morning coffee) and is conveniently located next to world-class hiking and skiing via a short drive or access to the nearby bus stop (directions in home).

This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home includes a spacious master suite with a king bed and private bathroom, a queen bedroom, and two double bedroom with gorgeous mountain views.

The garage features a pool table, ping pong, and foosball table, room to park your car and store all your winter gear. Inside, you'll find a selection of board games, including Catch Phrase and Jenga.

The outdoor space includes a dining area for six - eight, a grill, a fire pit, and games like cornhole, providing a perfect setting for both dining and leisure.

There is a separate entrance basement unit with a long term tenant (There is no access through the home)

The host was available and easy to communicate with. The unit was stark; it needed decorating and quality items. The kitchen was poorly equipped with poor-quality items. For example, there were very few bowls and no tops to store food, nothing other than the plates matched, there were few pots and pans, few utensils, few glasses ect. The cabinets were bare. One of the benefits of staying in a VRBO is to be able to cook and have dinners or breakfasts in the unit. This unit had nice appliances but very little to cook with, one low-end cutting board, and no knives worth using. The unit also has an apartment below it, and you can hear the people and smell their cooking in your unit. They enter their unit through holes in the fence, walking by your back door. It is a very odd arrangement. The grill is a cheap George Foreman grill, and the patio furniture is not clean or kept up. On the bright side, the unit is big enough to spread out and has nice hot water. The location is very nice. The unit has a lot of potential, but the owner hasn't made it feel like a home away from home as advertised. If you rent it, be sure to bring your own soap, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, paper towel, food storage bags, kleenx, ect.

Our host was reachable and very responsive to our requests and questions. The beds were super comfortable. There were a stock of family games to play and a foosball table in the garage. The location was close to the canyons and walking distance to stores and restaurants.
