I hate to give a rating lower than 5, but I gotta be honest, we were very disappointed. 1st we booked ONE night. Just passing through. Paid. Got confirmation and everything. Day before get a message: 2 night min. or we cancel your reservation! Basically forced to stay another night. Place looked great online and we love a fireplace so we bit the bullet. Get there and the photos are deceptive... First, this is NOT a "whole cabin" but rather one unit in a triplex. Guests next door having sex all night so all we heard was the bed hitting the wall and her moaning. The fireplace was beautiful, but there was NO firewood and no place around for miles to get any. I mean, if you're gonna offer a fireplace, maybe supply some wood? The "bedroom" has no door. Just a curtain between sleeping nook & kitchenette and bathroom. Bathroom door knob broken had to use a butter knife to get my wife out. There is NO WiFi. The interior ceiling "finish" is plywood. Oh, and there is NO central heating. There is a portable electric plug in unit in the middle of the floor. Mismatched kitchenware looked like it was from a thrift store. One of the three kitchen chairs nearly collapsed when sat on. Finally the hot water was plentiful BUT it unexpectedly shifts from nice and warm to scalding. This place is fine if all you expect is to be out of the weather overnight. A romantic getaway... not so much.
