This lovely house features 3 king beds and 3 queen over queen bunk beds, perfect for a group getaway. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, heating, WIFI, a recreation room, multiple exterior decks, 2 washer/dryers, and lake toys. We hope you enjoy what our place and Columbia City has to offer.
The lake is a full recreational use lake, with skiing and motor sports allowed from 1:00 to 4:00 pm.
Renovations have been recently completed, the interior includes:

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

• Gather all trash & recyclables & put in the cans in the driveway.
• Empty both refrigerators & wipe up spills.
• Windows & doors are to be shut & locked.
• Strip all linen off the beds that have been used & leave piled up on the bed.
• All dirty towels are to be left in the shower or tub.
• Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher & run the dishwasher.
• Return all items to the shed and put in their place.
• Kayaks are stored in the storage rack.
• Umbrelas are to be closed and tied closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
