The house was absolutely beautiful! The renovations looked stunning. The 2 bedrooms with no bathroom took a little getting used to but we definitely managed. Perfect house for a family get together

The main upstairs was beautiful- large windows providing a beautiful view of the ocean. Beds were very comfy, everything was clean, decor was beautiful. We received a text two hours before check in letting us know the house was ready. We enjoyed our stay. Family area was large for everyone to hang out - TVs in all rooms. The two lower level bedrooms appeared to be enclosed under the house-when you entered it was concrete with two bedroom doors, 2 exterior doors, portable ac, and a door to the upstairs. This area was a little awkward but the house just underwent a major renovation so the lower level may be next. Large covered porch for gathering-has some age to it but again the renovation may not be complete. The beach area is narrow on this end of the island but we loved it because it was only a few steps from the walk way. We will definitely return. I can’t say enough positive things about the decorations, furniture, bedding, appliances, bathrooms, and kitchen - this was a top notch renovation with all high end items selected. The colors and feel of the home is perfect and it has a true classy beach/coastal vibe. Great communication and follow up also before and after the stay. Highly recommend.

Spent a week after Labor Day. We loved the location. Especially appreciated the deck facing the beach our dogs enjoyed spending time on and we didn't worry about them jetting off it! Kitchen had plenty of cookware. Washer and dryer were superb. Spacious bedrooms. Sunrises and sunsets most memorable. Was all worth it!
So much to see....and smell!
Deck has two gated access points to stairs to beach.
Soak in the view and breeze.
Entertaining variety of birds to watch.

Beautiful house with huge windows offering gorgeous ocean views! Completely updated, 2 dishwashers, 2 washing machines & dryers, sound machines & smart tvs in the bedrooms, large sundeck with covered and uncovered seating that’s perfect for morning coffee and evening ice cream. Our host Sterling was awesome- very responsive and worked hard to make sure we had what we needed! Wonderful week at OIB!
