Beautiful area and building along with helpful and kind 24 hour security, however…1.Property owner was really unhelpful and uncommunicative of what their expectations were. Especially because there were so many unspoken rules. Continued to harass us over the phone, while we were actively flying to another country to complain about us not following expectations never communicated to us 2.a big draw for this stay is the hot tub, however it was very misleading. You have to text the host a minimum of 2 hours in advance to “reserve” the hot tub, even if there’s no one in there you cannot use it without 2 hours advanced notice. Even then when you do give notice several times we arrived for our reserved time and the hot tub was still covered and unready. 3. We had to buy a plunger for the apartment and were never reimbursed. When we informed the host that there was simple clog, and we needed a plunger, they threatened to charge us a fee to have a plumber come. So we just went to the store, bought a plunger, and unclogged it in 5 seconds, and she still refused to reimburse us for the plunger that now resides in the apartment.
