Serenity on 30A is perfectly situated just 1/2 mile from the beach, 1 mile from Gulf Place and the famous Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar. Grayton Beach is a short 4 miles away, and the iconic town of Seaside is just 5 miles down the road. Grand Boulevard is a 15 min drive and for those seeking the excitement of Destin, it's a mere 20 minute drive.

BEACH ACCESS:
Gulfview Heights beach access is 0.5 miles and is the closest to Serenity on 30a. Turn right on 30A and then left at Gulfview Heights Street. It has parking, restrooms, showers, picnic tables with shelter, and lifeguards during peak season.
Gulf Place Beach access is just under a mile and has all of the amenities as Gulfview Heights and there are many restaurants and shopping closeby.
Spooky Lane access is 0.8 miles and typically quieter, however there is no parking or restrooms at this access.
You can also go left out onto 30a to Blue Mountain Beach Access about a mile away. Grayton Beach is 4 miles away. There is parking, restrooms and shelter at both.
