Located on the gorgeous natural shores of Lake Charlevoix, this updated 3,200 square foot luxurious home offers a perfect setting for lakefront living. With 125 feet along the lakeshore hard sandy bottom lakeshore, this setup is ideal for swimming, boating and other water activities. Inside, you'll find multiple spacious living areas, a large island kitchen with lots of space for guests to dine, two fireplaces, a large master suite with attached office, and high-end finishes throughout. Bring your boat in the summer and your skis in the winter! Guests are welcome to use our Kayaks and Paddle Board. The property provides peaceful views of state-owned land. The home is filled with natural light, thanks to large windows that frame the beautiful lake views. This property is a great choice for anyone looking for a peaceful lakefront home with easy access to the beauty of Lake Charlevoix, as well as being a quick jaunt from Boyne City, Petoskey, and other area attractions. From the home to the slopes at beautiful Boyne Mountain is only 15 minutes!
We have towels available for bathing and swimming. There are black face towels that are for makeup. Please do not use the white towels for removing makeup or cleaning spills. If you have any needs during your stay, please let us know.

Beautiful home with a lovely view. Everything we needed for our family of 8. Comfortable beds, basic bathroom and kitchen necessities. I packed very light and didn't regret it because the home was well stocked. The location was nice too. Close to downtown Boyne and a short drive to Petoskey and Charlevoix.

Lake access to the beautiful Lk Charlevoix was great. We spent most of the time on the dock and it worked fine for even our young kids. There is some sand on the shore line the kids played in and threw rocks in the water but bring your water shoes as there are rocks on the shore and scattered in the water. Zebra muscles are on some rocks but not as bad as they use to be. House was spacious. Worked fine with our family. Linens felt clean and the house felt clean.Deck and back deck at the house were a little dirty with debris from the trees but we swept it. Over all it worked for our family.
