Master suite has your very own outdoor balcony connected to your room. Rather it’s rainy or sunshine you have something to do here at this house with spacious indoors including a game room. Bunk beds for kids. Oversized appliances for cooking and your very own ice making machine. Large oversized multi lot for a back yard full of fun in the sun playing volleyball or BBQ. Why they chose this property
This house is very neat. It’s one of those old 1930s build, old square 2 story homes with the balcony, large partial wrap around porch, and a sunroom. Vintage but brand new inside. Fully remodeled with new plumbing, electrical and hvac. So you get to see the old vintage build but with new modern amenities.
What makes this property unique
Vintage but new. Large & spacious inside & out. Meets the needs for a single family or even multi family gatherings. Just a really cool place. Within walking distance to downtown, most would probably prefer to drive.
