Pirate`s Cove- Pool with Tanning Ledge, Fire Pit, Fenced Back Yard & 3 Minute Walk to Beach

Pirate`s Cove is booking Sunday to Sunday for summer of 2026 due to July 4th, falling on a Saturday. This beautiful property is located 1 block from the beach w/ access to the St. George island bike trail directly across the street.

This inviting home encompasses a large family room with ample seating for everyone. The home has 4 bedrooms each with smart TV`s and luxury mattresses. The owner`s suite is grande with an ensuite that includes a large walk-in shower and walk-in closet. The charming bunk room is a fun spot for the kids to nestle into after a long day on the beach and even has a gaming console for the kids to enjoy. The remaining two rooms are located on the other side of the home and each is furnished with king size beds. The home has a well equipped kitchen with a large island allowing plenty of space to prepare drinks and cook while making memories. The adjacent large pantry/laundry room provides plenty of storage and is equipped with front load washer/dryer and beach towels for your vacation.

The ground level of this home is designed with island life in mind! There is an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water, a gas grill and a fire pit. There is also an additional seating area pool-side to enjoy while the kids play in the pirate sand-box. The large saltwater pool has a built in swim shelf and bubbler. This amenity provides the children with a shallow area to play on or the adults a unique space to lounge while soaking up all that St George has to offer. In addition, there is a fenced in back yard behind the home for your pets to enjoy. The pool can be hated/chilled for an additional fee.

Adjoining the pool is a spacious dining/lounge area with a 75 inch Smart TV and propane fire table. The home is equipped with free Wifi for your entertainment/streaming needs. Additionally, we have a storage area below the steps stocked with outdoor chairs (different sizes for all), umbrellas, beach wagon, pool toys and yard games for your enjoyment.
Security Camera Disclosure
For the safety and security of the property and its occupants, this home is equipped with three Exterior security cameras. These cameras are positioned as follows:
One camera is located at the front stairs, monitoring the main staircase and the east side of the driveway.A second camera is positioned on the west side of the home, monitoring the pool equipment area, west driveway, and side yard.The third camera is located beneath the home, providing coverage of the underside of the structure, including the back stairs and pool area.
**All cameras are Exterior only and are used solely for security and property monitoring purposes. No cameras are located inside the home, and no devices record or monitor interior spaces to ensure guest privacy.
