My husband and I are retired and purchased the beach house for the family. We enjoy going there with family and especially our five grandchildren. It is a place for fun.
Why they chose this property
Sea Isle is a perfect neighborhood for a trip to the beach. There is a restaurant on site, along with a convenience store, and a marina. There is a very nice park for the kids to enjoy outside.
What makes this property unique
The Pearl is awesome because you have plenty of space for sleeping, eating, and relaxing in the downstairs patio or the upstairs sun deck. It is totally fenced in with a long side yard and a nice long backyard. Plenty of space. Additionally, there is plenty of parking in front of the house.
