This 2 bedroom, 1 bath, cottage is located in the beautiful, private area of Beach Dreams, Perkins Cove village, in Wells Maine. Beach Dreams is a gated cottage resort situated on 43 acres with a swimming pool, hot tub, exercise facility, club house and a tennis court, as well as gazebos to sit and enjoy everything Maine has to offer.

Love this area, this community is perfect for kids. Bring their bikes! Roads r very safe only 5mph.
