Whether you’re picking up groceries, heading out for live music, or savoring the best clam chowder on the island at Captain Curt’s, everything you need is just a short stroll away. And when you return, impact-rated windows keep things serene while the light-filled interior welcomes you home with all the thoughtful extras—high-quality finishes, modern updates, and beachy-chic style throughout. Your covered parking space is 304 in front of building B. The elevator is conveniently adjacent to the parking. Trash and recycling are to be thrown out in the dumpsters located on the ground floor.

I recently stayed at Siesta Key and it was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The location was perfect as there were so many great restaurants within walking distance, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. The condo itself was immaculate and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Dawn was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. I have been coming to Siesta Key, Florida for over 40 years. This by far has been one of my most comfortable accommodations, and this condo exceeded all of our expectations. It was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. We also loved how modern and updated the unit was and how it was decorated. It is conveniently located walking distance from the beach, and to many amazing restaurants and tiki bars, which was so convenient. I will be recommending this condo unit to all of my family and friends for their upcoming Siesta Key travels.
