WE DO NOT RENT TO YOUNG ADULTS TRAVELING ALONE. IF A RESPONSIBLE PARENT IS NOT STAYING IN THE UNIT, THE CONTRACT WILL BE VOIDED REGARDLESS OF PAYMENT.
Unnecessary noise, unruly conduct in the unit and in the common areas of the property will NOT be tolerated. Guests will be told to leave immediately!
No overnight visitors to guests allowed unless on the rental agreement. Vehicles without parking passes will be towed.
