Cute and cozy

Great property and very cute inside. Responsive host and super easy check-in/check-out. Location is great and neighborhood has that nice old school Peoria Heights feel.

The house was great. Clean, and updated. Great layout of the room and worked perfectly for my stay. Only complaint is the condition of the yard. The yard/landscaping need attention. The house has a shared driveway with the neighbors. Along the hiuse and driveway is overgrown grass/weeds that when getting in or out of my vehicle I had to walk through. Overall it was a good stay.

We stayed for a weekend, out of town wedding. There were 7 of us. We had room for us all. The kitchen was well equipped. The listing says newly remodeled and the choices of colors and such was very nice. When we arrived there was a welcome basket with some snacks and the fridge had some beverages. Nice touch. Great appreciated. The neighborhood was quiet and the shared driveway fit our two vehicles. We had to bring our dog because no one was available to watch her. It was helpful to have a fenced in yard.
