Very easy to locate the property. Free street parking. The location looks exactly as advertised and it is spacious. Kitchen has the essentials. Beds were comfortable. Host was easy and accessible to talk with prior to check in, during our stay, and afterwards.
i loved this stay it was very nice and comfortable very i stayed two nights the rooms was nice and clean tvs and remotes for every room central air , washer and dryer worked , the water stayed hot it was very nice for the price ..
Everything was great ! Only thing that threw me off was me inviting family over and having to make them leave due to the host saying I only put 4 guests. But I did mention I was coming from Atlanta to visit family and that I was going to have a dinner.
We had a wonderful stay with 2 kids. The house is very comfortable and equipped with everything you could possibly need. There’s 1 masterbedroom with 2 beds on the main level and 2 bedrooms below. The place is conveniently located near center. The host is extremely nice, communicative and helpful! We truly enjoyed our stay!
Very centrally located. The place was recently renovated and is really nice inside, they did a great job. It is as nice or nicer than the photos show. Very smooth working with the renter and getting in and out, communication, etc. Only thing I’d bring up is the neighborhood is a bit in transition. Safe but it’s a mix.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
First night there my family and I were sitting in the living room talking amongst ourselves when someone just walks into our unit. The bathroom downstairs didn’t flush. Otherwise the unit itself was clean and nice
The location is a neighborhood undergoing redevelopment, where many abandoned houses still remain. The trash had not been put out on the sidewalk, from the front of the house and the ground was dirty, lots of garbage outside of the house from other neighborhood. Upon arriving at the unit, the smoke alarm on the ground floor beeped continuously throughout the night, lasting until the afternoon of the following day. The refrigerator lights were not working, and the appliance failed to maintain a proper temperature. I informed them of the situation, but it was never resolved. All the windows in the property—both on the ground floor and the upper floor—were left unlocked. The furniture was broken, uncomfortable, and did not match what was shown in the listing. There were not enough sheets or blankets. Sitting in the living room or on the ground floor to watch TV was physically painful. It was like kids furniture. The cleanliness of the place is acceptable, though there is significant room for improvement. The kitchen contains old, dirty pots and pans and is not equipped to accommodate the number of guests indicated in the listing. Furthermore, you can hear absolutely everything happening in the second-floor unit; when people walk around up there, the noise sounds like a stampede. Even when they are talking a shower it sounds like we were in the same room. Also a woman taking on the phone in the middle of the steps going to the second level for over two hours in the morning.
Convenient location for our daughter’s SJU graduation. Comfortable bedding and clean linens and bathrooms. We also enjoyed being able to sit on the back patio. It was close to activities that we wanted to do downtown. We were able to run out of the apartment and head towards Fairmount Park. I would definitely recommend staying here.
