The condo was clean. The check -in process is off site, but you pass by it on your way to the condo so it's not that big of a deal. We needed help with a couple things in the condo and the management company responded very quickly and resolved our issues.Great condo, I would book here again.

Very clean and updated furniture. Sand toys & sports balls & floats were even included for our use! Perfect place to stay for our family with everything on site. Checking in with Casago was easy & they even were able to help us book a sunset cruise where we saw whales & beautiful views on the sea.

Check-in was very easy and they were very nice but they forgot to give our drivers license back to us and we had to drive all the way back later to get it. The air conditioning was not working properly in half the unit when we arrived and it was really hot. We called Casago and they sent someone right away to repair it and it was cool for about a day and and a half and then it started to malfunction again. We called again and they came out immediately to repair it once more. By our last day it was getting warm again. The condo itself was very nice but is showing a lot of wear. It came equipped with nice utensils, pans, knives, dishes etc. There was no housekeeping except when they brought toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags on the third day and emptied our trash. You must wash your own towels. Overall, it was nice and customer service was very helpful, just wish it hadn’t been so uncomfortable with the air conditioning problems. The beautiful ocean and pools made up for the problems in the condo!
