Summary:
The Inn at 257 is located in the beautiful Elliotborough neighborhood. You will be FOUR short blocks from King Street. We recommend you leave your car parked in our lot and enjoy the city on foot, bicycle, or the ever convenient Uber and Lyft.

***Come enjoy our NEW shared heated saltwater plunge pool!

The Space:
***THIS IS A 3RD FLOOR APARTMENT! You will receive your unique 4 digit door code on the morning of your arrival.

Guest Access:
***MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB STAIRS TO 3RD FLOOR!!! Your apartment will have its own private entrance.

The Neighborhood:
Cannonborough Elliotborough is a quiet and safe neighborhood with great choices for tasty food!

Other Things to Note:
Please review the house manual located in the apartment. The house manual contains helpful information for your stay. Aside from logging out of your tv apps, you do not need to do anything prior to checking out. Our cleaners will take care of everything.

The place was great. Spacious and clean. Walking distance to all restaurants, café, ice-cream shops, bar, etc.The French Quarter where our stay was located is a beautiful historic part of Charleston.Highly recommend it!On property parking is two thumbs up sincestreet parking was very hard to find. Communication with landlord was excellent.

Excellent for what it is. Moving around is tricky at times as the ceilings have huge slopes that you can run into. There are 3 flights of stairs so if you have more than 1 carry on or duffle be mindful. It is very clean. The washer and dryer are nice to have available. The pool is the perfect size especially if you have a small child.

Great location, great use of space

My husband and I rented this apt for our vacation in Charleston—we were so pleased with the location—easy walk to so many bars and restaurants, it was the perfect spot for us. The owners have done a good job creating a sweet, modern spot in a beautiful historic home, complete with enough mini-splits to keep the space cool in the Charleston heat. The pool was an awesome perk to take a dip after a long day of walking around; I think we used it every day. There is the expected amount of street noise for a place in the city, but nothing outrageous. If you are sensitive to light when sleeping, pack an eye mask, because all of the tiny windows that make the top floor apt beautiful and light during the day would be impossible to cover at night.
