We were in Wilmington for UNCW parents weekend. Everything about this property worked for us. The location was close to downtown. The neighborhood was friendly. Loved being on the second floor with an outdoor porch. Clean. Just the right amount of room for our group. Very well appointed. And best of all, the owner was AMAZING!!!! Quick to respond. Accommodating. And her property was exactly as she advertised. We’ll stay again for sure!!!

The property is very close to our daughter’s home. We appreciated the great appliances and cookware as we were partly responsible for Thanksgiving dinner.The space needs more lamps, towel bars and/or hooks (there are none). More flat surface in the bedrooms. Also a real coffee maker would be appreciated. Otherwise it was very comfortable. Nice living room furniture and TV. Great little balcony. Quiet neighborhood. No outside play space for children.

Thank you for staying with us. We do have over light heads with fans in every single bedroom. There are table lamps in two out of the three bedrooms, and there are towel bars in all the bathrooms. As far as coffee, we have the Keurig machine and we also have a percolator both are sitting on the counter and coffee is also sitting on the counter.
