Kevin was very responsive and responded to our texts almost immediately. The house was clean and had plenty of room for our party of 5. Driving to shops, Kennedy Space Center, and Cocoa Beach was easy and quick. We enjoyed our stay.

Kevin is an amazing host! The home was comfortable for my family of six, and we loved the great upgrades. The table tennis table brought fun competition and many laughs before we embarked on our cruise. The hot tub was the cherry on top! We will definitely book again! Thanks again, Kevin!

Kevin was very helpful in providing a list of things to do in the area. Thank you.The house was clean and comfortable.There is an issue with the lights in the kitchen area, the lights above the table did not work correctly.

The photos felt misleading because the property has sustained some damage since they were taken. Walls were scuffed or had holes from door knobs, the floors were dirty, the master bath was missing a toilet paper holder (it had been ripped off the cabinet and stored inside), the blinds in the living room and dining room were missing several panels so there wasn’t privacy, the hall bathtub was stained and rusty. The home served its purpose, but I thought I was getting some a bit nicer than i did.
