Pura Vida! The home is centrally located in Merritt island minutes from Cocoa beach. The backyard offers many amenities including a heated pool, outdoor bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, fire pit, outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and bar area with a 65" smart tv. The first and second bedrooms have double open doors that lead out to the patio by the pool. This is a great place for family vacation!

Everything we needed

This home had everything we needed, from a stocked kitchen to the best outside area you could ask for. The living quarters inside was a tad on the small side but plenty of room to relax outside. The owner was very easy to reach and communicate with.

Family Vacation

Home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay, the backyard area was amazing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who would ask. Only recommendations I would have would be to replace the queen bed in the extra bedroom as it was like plywood, but not a big deal. The other recommendation would be to have the pool cleaned more often, it was useable but definitely needed cleaned, not a big deal for our family, but a Karen would definitely complain! Id give the house a 10/10.

A little piece of paradise

This little charming beach cottage was perfect for our family of 7. There was plenty of space to where we did not feel cramped and the outdoor living space was wonderful. The outdoors bathroom came in handy for my daughter and our little 11 year old granddaughter. They shower outdoors daily. The home was well supplied with all we needed and the bath soap, shampoo and conditioner was a huge hit with my family, to the point none of us used what we brought but used what was supplied as we like the products so much. The host, Luke was so kind and easy to work with, he even allowed us to check in way before time. Parking was a breeze for 2 vehicles. Don’t let some of the homes in the neighborhood that are as kept up fool you, most are elderly that can no longer care for their property. The neighborhood was really quiet and we felt safe. We will rebook the property in the future for our visits to Cocoa beach. We truly enjoyed the not over crowded beaches. There are so many restaurants near by but I must say that Squid lips was our favorite. I also highly recommend driving to Titusville to eat at Dixie Crossroads and Shilos. You won’t regret booking Pura Vida!!
