About this space
This unit is located in a gated private lot along with another unit. It has private, gated parking lot share with unit 1 in the front. This house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, sleeps up to 10. Ideal for family or bigger group.

It is close to Fwy 580/880, 4 mins drive to Oakland Zoo, 6 mins to Coliseum, 10 mins to Oakland airport and 24 mins to Downtown San Francisco. Bus 646 is right outside and takes you to Coliseum BART station.

The space
There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms in the house. The master bedroom with a queen bed has in suite bathroom with shower. The two guest bedrooms each has a queen, and 4th guest room has a Twin bed & another pull-out bed under. We also have an extra Twin bed with pull-out bed on the 2nd floor living room for additional guests. Full kitchen with an island and a dining room table sit 6 comfortably. Smart TV in the modern living room with comfortable sofas. Huge parking lot behind the building can allow you to park up to 4 cars.

Additional security deposit of $200 is required before check-in to prevent party, pet and smoking violation. Make sure to abide by our house rules before you book.

Note: This unit can accommodate up to 10 guests and there is an extra guest fee of $15/guest/night, after the first 4 guests so please make sure to enter the correct number of guests at the time of booking so this fee will get included automatically.

The property did not seem like it was in the pictures it was not clean the furniture was old and dirty the property itself had no curtains and no screens on the windows no air it never listed a head no air conditioner so it was a stuffy house and a rough neighborhood where you couldn't open the windows because it wouldn't be safe

There were no screens on the windows, the bedding looked like it was previously owned and too small for the bed which was very hard. It was not in a great neighborhood but the hosts were good at responding and the house was very large so it was big enough for 10. Some updates were done in the upstairs bathroom but downstairs was not good with chipped discolored bathtub.

The house was big enough for our family, lots of rooms and bathrooms. Specious. Needs attention for better cleaning of the bathrooms and floors tjough. and to update the bedding sheets, towels. Kitchen smelled moldy.No AC, it was 100 degrees upstairs...,
