Hello! My name is Ferhat and I'm glad you discovered my luxurious and elegantly furnished penthouse apartment. My goal is to provide you with the best Airbnb experience possible. In the last ten years, I've lived in countless Airbnb's myself and use all of these experiences to make your stay one of the best experiences you've ever had with a vacation rental. You should not feel like you are in an apartment, but get a fully equipped home with all the extras you need for a comfortable stay. Here are the special highlights of our place:

- Rooftop terrace with rooftop pool: Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views and admire the starry sky from the rooftop terrace. Cool off in the pool while enjoying mountain and sea views.

- Living area: The light-flooded two-story living room offers large windows with amazing views. Relax on the comfortable sofas and enjoy entertainment on the Smart TV with access to Netflix and Youtube. There is also a high-quality sound system from Samsung for an outstanding sound experience.

- Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen is available for you, ideal for preparing meals. A large supply of salt, pepper, spices, olive oil and more is available.

- Bedroom: On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with king size beds and private TVs. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathroom with shower. Another bedroom with king size bed is on the lower floor. All beds are equipped with high quality mattresses and pillows to give you a comfortable sleep.

- Bathroom: In addition to the bathrooms in the upper bedrooms, there is another bathroom with toilet on the lower floor.

- Balcony: Enjoy the view of the mountains and the sea from your private balcony.

Our place is aimed at travelers who appreciate comfort and luxury. Whether you're looking forward to a relaxing holiday or want to explore the surroundings, our penthouse offers the perfect base for your activities. Unwind in the rooftop pool and enjoy your time to the fullest!

I myself am also on site and can respond to any request in a timely manner and help you further.

The complex also offers a well-equipped gym, an indoor heated swimming pool, hammam and of course a large communal swimming pool with sunbeds. The private bay of the complex has a beautiful beach and an outdoor cinema. You will find a beauty salon and hairdresser, have the opportunity to book massages and enjoy a nice meal at the restaurant in the complex.

As a guest, you have access to all rooms as well as the roof terrace with rooftop pool, which you can reach via the external stairs.

In addition, you have access to a variety of facilities available at both the Mykonos Homes complex and the neighboring Maldives Homes complex.

Facilities at the Mykonos Homes facility:

- Large communal pool with sunbeds
