Villa is located in an olive grove approximately 500m from the main coast road. The villa faces the sea and has the Besparmak mountains behind to provide some cool breeze during the evenings. It is located close to the local shops, restaurants . The villa is located outside Catalkoy village and approximately 5km from Kyrenia harbour and town centre.

Lovely traditional villa with all the mod cons.

We needed a villa at short notice and Yalcin was very helpful. Communication before we arrived at the villa was excellent. We all really enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa with a private pool and spacious living accommodation. We were a party of 7 so the bedroom's having en suites was just what we needed. Thank you Yalcin for all your help.
