Comfortable, clean home

My family and our three dogs very much enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The owner was very responsive and could easily be reached. We came for a family event, and we plan to return if we have another opportunity!

Pros: House was clean. Close to shops. Cons: check in confusing due to proximity of second rental and the doors for both. Two smoke detectors on first floor had been removed, no window covering on large window in upstairs bath, major drainage issue in upstairs shower making it unusable and a singular 50 pet fee advertised in listing turned into a per pet fee of 100 at check in, however, I was never provided with a way to pay the pet fee even tho I asked several times. Then was told I already paid it when I had not. Have stayed in several VRBOs over the years without any issues. This one was pretty frustrating.

Check in could have gone smoother. First issue is the the address of the unit is not on the unit. Second was that the keypad on the door was not operational. I had to call the host who told me it was broken and who gave me the code to the key safe and told me we would need the use the key during our stay. The unit is very spacious, but not very well layed out. There is alot of unused space on the first floor.The unit was clean with plenty of towels.And many many closets - none of which we needed.A comfortable stay!
