This Chalet style home is 1850 sq ft and is updated beautifully and fully remodeled. It is set in Meyers next to the golf course and a few blocks from the away from the Beautiful Truckee River. There are many Hiking trails and Biking trails in this quiet neighborhood. The House is 7 miles to South Lake Tahoe Downtown and 4 miles to the lake. This chalet style home has all the Amenities needed for a great vacation. This home has Acacia floors downstairs, Carpet in bedrooms. Heated floors in all bathrooms, two fireplaces one upstairs and one down for extra warmth during your stay. Laundry room with washer and dryer, tankless hot water heater for endless hot water. Large garage and plenty of driveway parking and a very large landscaped fully maintained yard surrounding entire home.

My friends and I had a great time here! It’s easily one of the nicest short term rentals we’ve stayed in, and at a great price too. All of the furniture and appliances seemed new, and the heated bathroom floors were a nice bonus. I would definitely come back to this property again for a future stay.
