If you cancel within the applicable cancellation policy timeframe, we will refund the full amount paid, less the 3% credit card fee. This will also be stated in our house rules agreement form.

We loved this house and everything that came along with it. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. The amenities with the pool table, ping pong, and corn hole were very much enjoyed by our kids. We got to cook dinner for our Aggie daughter and a few of her friends and it was perfect. We will definitely be back again.
