Beautiful modern 3,000 square foot five bedroom townhouse located 10 minutes from Park City available for family vacations. Townhouse has two master suitesl. One king bed, four queen beds and two twin beds. All brand new mattresses and bedding. Four full baths and a 1/2 bath. A well stocked kitchen with brand new appliances and a bbq grill on the deck off the kitchen. The lay out is perfect for adults and kids. Open kitchen to the living and dining areas prepare food and enjoy your family at the same time. The dining room can accommodate 14 adults comfortably. The eat in kitchen can accommodate 14 people, feed them fast and get out on the hill. There is a large recreation room in the walk out basement with with lots of seating and a 60' tv. An ideal space for teenagers and kids to be noisy. The community center has a hot tub and pool as well as a pool table and screening room. There is a gym with treadmills and modern workout equipment.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Thanksgiving Weekend

We enjoyed our stay. We were able to relaxed and bonded with family - all had a great time. The condo was clean and well furnished, loved the view. The kitchen however could use a refresh on eating utensils; forks, knives and spoons we didn't find a full set. Cell service was spotty but not a huge challenge. Overall a great place to stay.

Great Location

Great location, and great floor plan for large groups (which we were, 6 adults, 3 kids). 5 minute drive to downtown Park City, cannot beat that. Would suggest updating the pillows at the house, they all lacked luster but the beds were all comfortable. Would have enjoyed a few more blankets to have available, and some updated cooking utensils (measuring cups) but overall nothing major and we all enjoyed our time and trip!

Park City’s Condo

The home was in a great location, 5-10 minutes outside of Park City. I must say the home has many beautiful features and is laid out very comfortably. In arriving at the home we were disappointed with the cleanliness in select areas. For example, some of the bathrooms had mold and hair in the showers. In climbing into one of the beds we found what appeared to be food crumbs. I would also recommend updating some of the furniture and box springs for the beds. All in all it was a great weekend with family in Park City.

Hot tub did not work

One of the big reasons we stay at the apartment was to have access for a hot tub. It was not functioning the entire time. Even after asking to fix it multiple times, somebody wasn't sent out til the day before we left and he said he couldn't fix it until the next day once we were gone. Very disappointing because the house itself was nice.

No cleaning supplies and they emptied the hot tub without warning!

The house didn’t seem like it was cleaned before we arrived. We went to find some cleaning supplies and there wasn’t even one bottle of Clorox or spray to wipe off the counters. There was a broom but no dust pan. The vacuums neither of them sucked up dirt. Also, we used the hot tub the first night and noticed it was a green yellow color didn’t say anything, however, someone showed up and drained the hot tub without warning us. We tried reaching out to the owners multiple times before our staying and never heard back. Very frustrating. Positive great location and easy check in.

Great place - liked the location, community pool, views from the condo complex. Very clean. Room for improvement: As asked by Vacasa I sent a message immediately about a few things that could use attention, including cable tv doesn’t work so TVs upstairs are useless. List game console (Wii) it doesn’t work. Spa kept tripping breaker. They promised to send someone out, no one ever came except I believe spa repair. Also, they are supposed to come take out trash cans, the local a manger text me to say they would be by to take out trash - it was the wrong day and no one ever came. We don’t mind taking it out, but clearly local manager isn’t doing local management. Kitchen pans need replacing, very scratched and there’s no lids for pans so if you are cooking something that needs to be covered during cooking bring foil. We had to empty ashes from BBQ, suggest investing in a propane bbq. There were crickets inside downstairs (sleep with one eye open!), hopefully management took care of that after we left.

The location is great to Park City Mountain, only a 10 minute drive. The unit is very spacious and the hot tub was great after a day on the hill. A couple of the beds were quite uncomfortable and the internet is pretty much non-existence, not that we are a family of gamers but you still need to be able to access internet. I would recommend this place!

Great House

The house was lovely. Definitely stay there again if we are ever in the area again. The house was very comfortable and clean. The area is gorgeous. We came in to an out of service refrigerator but they did supply us with a temporary one which was great. They did install the new one that came in later that week so it worked since we temporarily had 2. The hot water was an issue though. The owners do need a bigger tank. A few of us had to take quick cold showers.. if you didn't take it early you would miss out on hot/warm water. The jacuzzi was soo relaxing!!.

Alexis Road townhouse

Overall- it was a great experience. We had 2 adults and 7 children ages 11-18. Vacasa (house managers) were great at responding to our needs. The only issue (which was a serious issue for us) was the lack of hot water. We came to ski, snowboard and sweat! The hot water only worked for 15 minutes before it went ICE COLD. The managers sent out 2 maintenance men who both said the small hot water tank worked well but was 1/2 if not 3/4 too small for this 5 bedroom home. No one was able to shower more than twice while on our stay (18 showers in total over 5 days.... a little gross). If you want to shower everyday, like most, you better come with a small party. Also, the house needs more utensils, dish towels, a new shade in the upstairs shared bathroom and HOT WATER. We would totally stay here again if they get a new hot water heater! We all enjoyed the neighborhood too. Very nice family-centric area.

No pool key, hot tub empty

The overall house was perfect for our needs. The bedrooms were fantastic, the kitchen huge for a group. When we got to the property there was no pool key. We contacted the management and it took them several hours to respond and then still never got us a pool key. We had to get into the pool another way and the HOA wasn’t happy about it. Also the hot tub was empty. After an hour on the phone trying to talk to anyone about it, It took management until the next day to fill the hot tub, and it wasn’t heated until the evening of our second day. There were clearly dirty dishes that had been placed in the cabinets. Finally, when we arrived just after 4 the housekeepers were still there cleaning from the prior guests. This was a great place to stay minus our issues.

Excellent place to stay!

The property we stayed at was perfect for our girls getaway! The property was very clean. Everything was as advertised. The only issue we had was when we tried to contact the property owner about a few minor problems, the telephone wait was over an hour and we never did get ahold of them. I also sent an email to try to remedy the situation, but never received a response. However, the property was wonderful and we would stay there again.

Nice place to visit

Stayed here with family and parents - 6 people total. Home is very nice and the multiple levels work well for “spreading out” in the the home. My only issue is that the WiFi doesn’t work very (signal kept dropping, wouldn’t stream video, etc). Cell phone strength (on Verizon & AT&T) was weak as well. Obviously this isn’t an issue for everyone, but if your kids like to watch / videos, this could be an issue.

The home is nice and great views. The access to the clubhouse, fitness center, and pool area did not work. The home had basic kitchen supplies but had limited dish towels and cleansing supplies. I would have expected a home of this quality to have basic seasonings, paper towels, foil, plastic wrap, or containers with lids for food storage.
