Welcome to Sandpiper Shores, your beachside escape in the highly sought-after Ocean Club Resort. This light-filled, elegant condo is a top-floor corner unit, offering extra windows in the dining area, bedrooms, and bathrooms—and unforgettable panoramic water views.

Your comfort is our priority. We’ve thoughtfully furnished the condo with high-quality mattresses, comfortable sofas, and durable Polywood deck chairs. The layout is ideal for families or groups, featuring: A cozy queen bed in the primary bedroom; XL twin-over-queen bunk beds in each guest room.

Start your day with breakfast overlooking the ocean, or prepare dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and distilled drinking water. Stay connected with high-speed internet and enjoy year-round comfort with newly replaced air conditioning.

Step out onto our spacious decks with seating for eight, where you can savor stunning sunrises and sunsets, keep an eye on kids in the pool below, and watch dolphins play and pelicans dive for fish. You might even spot a whale! Best of all, the beach is less than a one-minute walk away—sand between your toes in no time.

As our guest, you’ll enjoy full access to the Ocean Club’s oceanfront and sound-side pools and hot tubs, sound-side pier, game rooms, library, fitness center, and more. Fall in love with Ocean Club—our little oasis in Indian Beach—and experience the magic for yourself.

As part of the Ocean Club Resort, you’ll also have access to:

Multiple BBQ stations with picnic tables

The exclusive Ocean Club Clubhouse, featuring:

A spacious TV lounge

A cozy library and reading nook

The Captain’s Room for adult card and board games

The 1st Mate’s Club with foosball, retro video games, and board games

The Little Minnow’s Room, a fun play area for young children

A fully equipped Fitness Center with cardio machines, free weights, and gym stations

Guests will receive two parking passes, which must be displayed at all times.

Pools: 9:30 AM – 10:00 PM

Clubhouse: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Fitness Center equipment is available from 5:00 AM, but rental guests may access it once the Clubhouse opens around noon

Ring Camera

For safety and security, a Ring camera is installed at the entry door only, monitoring the exterior entryway and front hallway. There are no cameras inside the condo. Your privacy is important to us.

House Rules

No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the decks

Please keep windows and doors closed (due to heat, humidity, and bugs)

Do not adjust the metal hurricane accordion blinds on the deck

A luggage dolly is available—please do not bring it inside the unit and return it immediately after use

Help us keep the condo sand-free by leaving sandy shoes and toys outside

Ocean Club Resort Rules (HOA – Strictly Enforced)

All renters must read and agree to the Ocean Club Rules, which are provided in the Guest Manual after booking. These HOA rules are non-negotiable, and violations may result in fines or immediate removal from the property.

Key rules include:

Maximum occupancy: 8 guests (no exceptions)

No parties, events, or gatherings beyond the 8-guest limit

No portable grills, candles, propane lights, or heat sources (charcoal grills are provided)

No fireworks

No pets allowed anywhere on Ocean Club property

Maximum of two vehicles per rental; parking passes must be displayed at all times

Parking allowed under Building D (one lane only) or in uncovered ocean-side spaces

No golf carts, hoverboards, or skateboards (skateboards prohibited on the ocean side)

No glass containers in pool or hot tub areas

Trash and recycling must be disposed of in dumpsters

Do not hang towels or clothing over railings (hooks and a drying rack are provided)

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Beach vacation

We decided a few months ago to plan a beach trip and we were so lucky to find Roxanne and Todd’s place! I could not think of a better location to the pool and beach, having 3 daughters (6 & 3 year old twins).They were amazing at communication and making sure we had everything we needed. The condo was beautiful and so clean! We cannot wait to visit again! Highly recommend!

Perfection!

Everything about this property was perfect from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The size of the condo was perfect for our family of 5. The condo was in a perfect spot, sitting directly over the ocean side pool, and to the beach boardwalk. Inside the condo was extremely clean and comfortable. It was full of everything we needed. We immediately saved the condo as a favorite and will be back!The owners are very hospitable, and checked on us multiple times to see if we had any questions or needed anything.

Beach Retreat

This Beautiful condo was clean and spacious for my family of eight. The rooms were perfect for everyone to have a bed. Plenty of space to put away our clothes. Many places do not come stocked with everyday needs but this one had laundry pods, dish detergent, and trash bags. Each bedroom has chargers for your phones and has a TV. We had two nice bathrooms with a tub for my granddaughter. We could walk to the pool or beach from our room in less than four minutes. right on the Beach, overlooking the pool and in a peaceful location. Perfect place for your family to relax.

Why they chose this property

Conveniently nestled between Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle, Indian Beach is far less crowded in the summer, yet has easy access to shops, restaurants, etc. our beaches are clean, the ocean is emerald green, and we have amazing bird, dolphin, whale and turtle wild life!

Ocean Club Resort is very special because it is so well kept, has beautiful palms, and offers guests easy access to both the ocean and the sound, ocean and sound side pools and hot tubs, as well as a fitness center, small library and kids game room in the Club House! We are sure you will fall in love with Ocean Club, Indian Beach and the Bogue Sound!

What makes this property unique

Perched on the top floor of our south facing building, our light and airy corner unit offers a panoramic view of the ocean from our living room, kitchen, dining room and deck! Enjoy relaxing on our counter high poly chairs from our expansive deck while watching pelicans dive and dolphins frolic in the waves below! Our condo is conveniently located directly above the oceanside pool and hot tub, with very easy beach access (1 min walk)!

Our main bedroom (BR1) as a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms (BR2 and BR3) offer twin XL over queen bunk beds. Comfortable sleeping arrangements for all! In addition, we have smart TVs (and WiFi) in the main living room and all bedrooms.

To make your stay more comfortable, we offer a fully functioning kitchen (with Keurig coffee pot), a toy storage unit on ground floor (for sandy beach toys), a hair dryer, pack n play crib, air filter system, air dehumidifier, water softener, distilled water dispenser, some reading books and board games for family fun! Parking available for two vehicles with easy access to our apartment via elevator and dolly.
